The Axis Bank Gift Card is a prepaid, non-reloadable card issued on the RuPay platform, designed to offer a secure, convenient, and versatile gifting solution. This card functions on the NFS network and can be used at a wide range of RuPay-enabled merchant outlets across India.

To activate the card, the cardholder needs to set a 4-digit Green PIN either via the Customer Portal or Axis Bank ATM.
Insert Axis Bank Min-KYC card in Axis Bank ATM → Other Transactions → Set PIN → Generate OTP → Enter DOB in YYYYMMDD format and card expiry date → Enter registered mobile number → 4-digit OTP will be printed on the receipt.

Go to Cards → Registration → Enter card number/Packref, expiry details, and mobile number → Set Username and Password → Login → Green PIN → Enter new 4-digit PIN → Enter OTP.
Axis Bank provides balance enquiry for Min-KYC cards via ATM and Customer Portal.
Insert card → Enter PIN → Select Balance Inquiry → View the balance.

Cards → Login → Card Block/Unblock → Change Status → Enter Reason → Enter OTP.
The lost card will be hot-listed and replaced with a new card after deducting applicable charges.
On expiry, the card purchaser should contact prepaidcard.support@axisbank.com for a replacement card.
Any available balance (minimum ₹100) will be credited to the replacement card.
